There is an amazing number of useful on-line tools for learning Russian available from the internet. In spite of a few drawbacks — ambient noise, the interviewer speaking slurredly and too fast — the "Easy Russian" series offers a great opportunity to get used to everyday Russian. Obviously, it is rather targeted at the intermediary to advanced level, addressing the stuff behind the sound barrier that I find so hard to transcend in French and Russian — spoken everyday language.
