(1) CO2 Can't Heat the Atmosphere, But It Does Cool the Stratosphere

Another very interesting article at CO2IsLife concluding:

CO2 doesn’t trap more heat, it simply traps the heat sooner. You can’t trap more than 100%.
... 
If we decide to look not only at the impact of CO2, but the entire atmosphere including water vapor, the impact of CO2 is simply drowned out by water vapor and other factors.

In fact, while CO2 does nothing to heat the atmosphere, it works to cool the stratosphere.
